It is Official!

It's official I am now a proud design team member of two blogs. One is for a sketch blog and one is for a techniques challenge blog. The sketch blog is Creative Scrappers and the Techniques challenge blog is for Methods Playground. Please do look out for my design there.

I have not updated my blog for a long time. I have been so busy taking care of my family. All of us got sick. My husband got confined in the hospital, my son got fever for a week and then me. In between taking care of "US" I tried to scrap (it's the only thing that would keep me sane. LOL... So here are some layouts:

Be a Guest Designer for Creatively Yours

CY is running a contest to locate FOUR talented scrapbookers to become CY Guest Design Team Members for a 1-month period. We are seeking 2 designers for February and 2 for March, 2009.
Everyone, including international scrappers and previous CY designers is invited to apply.
Below are the contest rules.

To enter, you must flip, turn, or “mirror image” (reverse) the contest sketch that we have posted above for the CY Guest Designer Contest. You can even turn it upside-down!

Then, create your layout based on the way that you turned/flipped/mirror-imaged the sketch. The interpretation of the sketch MUST remain a 12×12″ layout size, however.

Use any colours, photos, papers, cardstock, and embellies you like. Creative FREEDOM!

DUE DATE FOR ENTRIES: Midnight, AST Thursday January 29th 2009. One entry per person please.

My Very First DT Job!

Oh my God! I am still in cloud 9. Will someone please pinch me just to be sure I am not dreaming.

A few weeks ago I tried my luck in applying for a DT position at Creatively Yours Sketches by Noella and guess what I got accepted! This is my very first DT job. I can't wait for my first assignment.
