Just recently I tried out creating 6 X 12 layouts. And boy I am enjoying this so much. I think I will shift to this format. Don't get me wrong, I will still do 12 x 12 layouts from time to time. 6x12 layouts are a lot faster to make and a lot cheaper. You get to cut your page expenses by half. Maybe that is why some people call it half pages. hehehehe. Here are some of the half page layouts that I created this month.

Altered Layout
What happens if a scrapper is on vacation? What else...it means more time to make new layouts and new projects. Since my last post I was able to make 2 12 by 12 layouts, 1 12 by 6 layout and an altered notebook. Boy am I enjoying this vacation so much. Here are photos of my projects:
This is a layout that I did for Itty Bitty. It is a scraplift from architect Angela.
This layout is my Lasting Impression Cosmo Cricket Challenge entry.
This half page layout was inspired by a sketch by Mara one of the DTs at Itty Bitty.
After finishing several layouts I wanted to do something different. So here it is...

The Heat is on!
Here are two more projects that I was able to create in the past 2 days. One is a card:
I plan to give this to our friends who just got married last weekend.
Summer is really here. I cannot take the heat anymore! In times like this I just reminisce our Bohol trip. I wish I can fly back to that wonderful resort. Anyway, I should just relax, enjoy and have FUN in creating new layouts. In this layout, I used a photo of me relaxing and enjoying the Bohol sun. The layout was created inspired by architect Mara os Itty Bitty Scrap Shack.

In a Creative mood!
Wow! I am in a creative mood. since the beginning of March I have been in the mood to make layouts and mini albums. Imagine since I started my vacation last April 1 I was able to make 3 layouts already. Not to mention the one that is still in process.I look forward to creating more layouts this month! Here are some of the layouts I made: This a layout inspired by Joanne.
This layout was submitted to the Scrapbytes monthly challenge.
This layout was created for the Itty Bitty challenge Shackin' up with the Design Team. This week they highlight DT Sara's gallery. The challenge is to scraplift one of her layouts. So I chose this layout:
I love the House in the background. I used Basic grey Mellow diecuts and papers.
Here is a 12x6 layout that I made that is also inspired by Sara.I love creating half pages it is so easy to make. If only there are 12x6 albums to store these sizes I would be shifting to half pages.
